Cancelation Policy
The deposit is not refundable. We can reschedule an appointment only once, as long as the notice is given 7 days before your session. For NO SHOW deposit will be retained and you will have to make another deposit payment if you want to schedule another session. Being late for more than 10min (package 1) or 20min(package 2), an appointment will be considered and treated as a NO SHOW. Thank you Ivori Team
