The prices does not include HST. Prices are subject to change at any time. Quoted rates are valid for 7 days, unless your session is booked and the deposit is received under previously agreed pricing.

The deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is given at least 14 days before the appointment. In case of an emergency within 14 days of your appointment, we offer a one-time rescheduling within the next 30 days. After the first reschedule, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any further changes will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new one will be needed to rebook. No-shows will result in the deposit being retained, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Being late by more than 20 minutes (Package 1) or 60 minutes (Package 2) will be considered a no-show. Photography services are non-refundable.

A deposit payment of $113 ($100 + HST) is required to secure and confirm your appointment. This must be sent via e-transfer to bookings@ivoristudios.com, and you must notify our admin immediately after sending the payment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session. You will also be asked to fill out a booking form, which provides us with the necessary contact information to deliver your photos. Once the deposit is received and confirmed by our team, you will receive an official email confirmation including all previously agreed-upon details.

To secure your slot and confirm your appointment, a deposit is required, along with a completed booking form that includes your full name, contact number, and email address. The exact date, time, and studio room must be clearly agreed upon in advance with one of our admins via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, email thread, or phone call.

To maintain storage capacity, we only keep all unedited photo files for 3 months from the date of your session. This is the time allocated for you to select your favorite images for editing. After the 3-month period, we will no longer be able to accept your selections or process edits. Your edited photos will be stored for 1 year. If you do not download and save them—or if they are lost for any reason—we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide your edited files after that time.

You will receive an email within 2 business days containing a link to download all your high-resolution, JPEG, watermark-free digital files. (Please remember to check your junk/spam folder just in case.) Once you’ve downloaded and saved the images to your computer, you can select your favorite photos based on the number of edits included in your chosen package. Simply reply to the same email with the last 4 digits of each selected photo file. Our team will confirm receipt, and your edited photos will be delivered within two weeks. Please note: All packages include digital photos only. Printed copies are not included, but you are welcome to print and enlarge your photos as you wish.

All images and copyrights remain the property of the Studio and Photographer. In exchange for the services provided, the Photographer and Studio retain the exclusive rights to copy, edit, and distribute any and all images created to the general public for purposes including, but not limited to: advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. All digital files and previews are the exclusive property of the Photographer and Studio. Clients are not permitted to use these images for profit, commercial purposes, professional display, or competition. However, clients may print their personal photographs and share digital images and links on their personal websites or social media accounts. If you prefer that your images or video reels not be posted, please inform our admin before booking your session. Please note that we do not provide hair and makeup services. Due to limited space, makeup services cannot be performed in the studio prior to your session. If you have no other option and require makeup to be done on-site, please contact us in advance, and we will assess if we can accommodate your request. Additional fees will apply for in-studio preparation time. If you're having your professional hair and makeup done elsewhere, please allow at least 2 additional hours for preparation, plus travel time to the studio. Studio appointments are strict and scheduled back-to-back, so we unfortunately cannot extend your session in the event of a late arrival. Thank you for your understanding
