PHOTO SESSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Waiver. By agreeing to do a photography session with Ivori Studios and its Photographer, Client is hereby Waiving,

releasing and discharging Ivori Studios and Photographer from any and all Liability, including but not limited to

liability arising from negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury,

property damage or any actions of any kind which may occur during the photo session and during the time spent in

Studio’s premises.

Studio and Photographer are not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will

be responsible for their children and for themselves and release Photographer and Studio and from any claims

against their person or their business. The Client shall maintain control of other subjects including siblings. It is the

responsibility of the Client to ensure the cooperation of additional subjects as not to intrude immediate

photography area. The Client shall provide all necessary controls over additional subjects. If there is an individual

involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility

for any liability.

Client confirms and is obliged to attend and be present during the photo session.

​

Client gives permission to Photographer to take photos of newborn, kids, and minors.

​

Client confirms that he/she is parent or legal guardian of minor that is participating in photo session.

​

Electronic Devices. Cameras, phone cameras, and video are not permitted during any session unless approved by

Photographer.

All images and copyrights are the property of Ivori Studios and Photographer.  In exchange for services provided

(compensated and/or non compensated) , Photographer and Studio retains the exclusive right to copy, edit and

distribute any/all images created under this agreement, to the public, for any reason, including but not limited to

advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. Digital files and

previews remain the exclusive property of Photographer and Studio. Under no circumstances, can a client use

these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competition. However, Client may print

(on their own) their personal photographs and share digital images and links on the web, their social media

accounts.

Deposit policy

Deposit payment of $113 ($100+HST) is mandatory in order for an appointment to be saved and confirmed. It is expected to be

e-transferred to bookings@ivoristudios.com with notifying our admin right after. The outstanding balance can be paid on the day of your appointment. 

 

Once the deposit e-transfer is completed and sent, please NOTIFY us, so we can make sure it verified and confirmed in a timely manner.

Once the deposit payment is confirmed received from our admins, you will be send an official email confirmation consisting all

previously agreed details.

The prices do not include HST.

​

The deposit is refundable if the notice is given at least 10 days before the appointment. In case of an emergency

that occurs 10 days or less from the appointment date, we can reschedule your session within the next 30 days. If

an appointment is rescheduled once, the deposit automatically becomes non-refundable.

 

We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required

to book a new appointment.

For cancellation or rescheduling request that occurs in less than 72h, the deposit will be forfeit and new deposit will

be required for new appointment. 

​

Photography services are non-refundable services.

​

For NO SHOW deposit will be retained and you will have to make another deposit payment if you want to schedule

another session.

Being late for more than 20min (package 1) or 60min (package 2), an appointment will be considered and treated

as a NO SHOW.

DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY

You will be provided an email with a link consisted of all digital, JPEG, watermark free

files in high resolution within next 2 business days (please, check your junk/spam folder occasionally)

Once all the photos are downloaded and saved on your computer, you can make the choice of your favourites photos

accordingly included in your previously chosen package. Please, reply to the same email with only the numbers of

your favourites photos (last 4 digits of the photo file on your computer)

 

Our team will happily confirm receipt. The editing process will be over in two weeks after which you will receive

your edited photos. 

Please note that none of our packages include hard copy prints but exclusively digital photos for you to print and

enlarge as you wish.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To maintain storage capacity, we only keep all files for 3 months before replacing them with new ones. 3 months’ time

is allocated for you to make your editing choice, counting from the day of the session. After the 3 months pass, we won’t

be able to accept your choice and edit your photos.

We will keep your edited photos for 1-year time. In case you did not download and save or you lose your edited

photos or any other occasion occurred, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide you with your edits after 1

year has passed.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change and may vary at any time. Prices are honored for 30 days unless the session is

booked, and deposit received under already agreed prices.

Damage and Cleaning:

​

 Please do not step on the furniture in shoes, and use indoor shoes or shoe covers when entering

the studio rooms during fall/winter months. We can provide you with shoe covers if you need

them. If you are taking pictures in your outdoor shoes, you will be asked to wipe them down.

 Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings. Open flame candles

drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage, and the lit candles are not allowed and

require special permission. Please, email or call us for special permission if you require such a

thing.

 If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props / V Flats, or any other studio equipment,

including extension during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.

 Broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-

500 depending on the extent of the damage, furniture damage is subject to $100-$1000 damage

fee.

 Your booking is only for the room that you rented for the duration of the rental.

By booking the session with Studio, You agree that you have read and understood this agreement,

including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound to them.
