NEWBORN

We warmly recommend booking your newborn photo session a few weeks before your estimated due date to ensure availability. The sweetest time to capture those tiny details is within the first 5 to 10 days after birth (up to 14 days max). After that, babies become more alert and less sleepy, making those cozy, curled-up poses a little harder to achieve. If your baby is over 14 days old, don’t worry—they’ll likely be swaddled for comfort, and our caring, talented photographers will still capture the most heartwarming and precious moments.

Your baby’s safety and comfort mean everything to us. All props and backdrops are provided, and if there’s a special item you’d love to include, we’d be delighted to make it part of your session!

Photos

Make-up tips

A deposit payment of $113 ($100 + HST) is required to secure and confirm your appointment. This must be sent via e-transfer to bookings@ivoristudios.com, and you must notify our admin immediately after sending the payment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session.

You will also be asked to fill out a booking form, which provides us with the necessary contact information to deliver your photos.

Once the deposit is received and confirmed by our team, you will receive an official email confirmation including all previously agreed-upon details.

The deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is given at least 14 days before the appointment.
In case of an emergency within 14 days of your appointment, we offer a one-time rescheduling within the next 30 days. After the first reschedule, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any further changes will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new one will be needed to rebook.
No-shows will result in the deposit being retained, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Being late by more than 20 minutes (Package 1) or 60 minutes (Package 2) will be considered a no-show.
