Our warm recommendation is to get in touch with our team and schedule your newborn photo session a few weeks before your estimated due date. The best time for taking a newborn photo session is within the first 5 to 10 days (14 days’ tops) of baby’s arrival. Once the newborns surpass 14 days of age, achieving a complete and successful photo session is hardly manageable. Please note that baby older than 14 days will be most likely swaddled. However, our skilled, professional team of photographers will still give their best to capture wonderful and memorable shots of your baby.
Safety is our priority. We always make sure that the baby is safe and comfortable. All backdrops and props are provided by us, but if there is something special you would like to incorporate into the photo session, you are more than welcome to!

Studio Room Infinity
Important info. Our Studio room Infinity is only for newborn and cake smash session.
It's located on 3025 Lenworth Drive, Unit 1, Mississauga L4X2G3
In order for us to save you the slot, confirm and book your appointment, full name, contact number and email address is needed. Exact date, time and studio room need to be previously precisely agreed WITH one of OUR ADMINS via Instagram DM, Facebook Messages, email thread or phone call.
Deposit payment of $56.50 ($50+HST) is mandatory in order for an appointment to be saved and confirmed. It is expected to be
e-transfered to email@example.com with notifying our admin right after. The outstanding balance can be brought in cash on the day of your appointment.
Once the deposit e-transfer is completed and sent, please NOTIFY us, so we can make sure it verified and confirmed in a timely manner. Once the deposit payment is confirmed received from our admins, you will be send an official email confirmation consisting al previously agreed details.
The deposit is refundable as long as the notice is given at least 7 days prior to the appointment. In case of an emergency that occurs 7 days or less from the appointment date, we can reschedule your session within the next 30 days. If an appointment is rescheduled once, the deposit automatically becomes non-refundable.
We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
For cancelation or rescheduling request that occurs in less then 24h, the deposit will be forfeit and new deposit will be required for new appointment.
For NO SHOW deposit will be retained and you will have to make another deposit payment if you want to schedule another session.
Being late for more than 20min (package 1) or 60min (package 2), an appointment will be considered and treated as a NO SHOW.
DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY
You will be provided an email with a link consisted of all digital, jpeg, watermark free files in high resolution within next 48h (please, check your junk/spam folder occasionally)
Once all the photos are downloaded and saved on your computer, you can make the choice of your favorite photos accordingly included in your previously chosen package. Please, reply back to the same email with only the numbers of your favorite photos (last 4 digits of the photo file on your computer)
Our team will happily confirm receipt. The editing process will be over in two weeks after which you will receive your edited photos.
Please note that none of our packages include hard copy prints but exclusively digital photos for you to print and enlarge as you wish.
Please, on your session day, if you will have your professional hair and makeup done elsewhere (please note we don't provide these services nor they can be done in studio premises), allow min +2h for makeup/hair plus travel distance to studio location.
STUDIO APPOINTMENTS ARE STRICT and back-to-back making the flexibility to extend in case of being late unfortunately impossible. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
3 months’ time is allocated for you to make your editing choice, counting from the day of the session. After the 3 months pass, we won’t be able to accept your choice and edit them.
We will keep your edited photos for 1-year time. In case you did not download and save or you lose your edited photos or any other occasion occurred, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide you with your edits after 1 year has passed.
We will keep digital jpegs of all your photos within the next 6 months from the date of your session.
Prices are subject to change and may vary at any time. Prices are honored for 30 days unless the session is booked and deposit received under already agreed prices.
