BOOKING PROCESS

To reserve your slot and confirm your appointment, we require your full name, contact number, and email address. Please ensure that the exact date, time, and studio room have been clearly agreed upon in advance with one of our admins via Instagram DM, Facebook message, email, or phone call.

DEPOSIT

A deposit payment of $226 ($200 + HST) is required to secure and confirm your appointment. This must be sent via e-transfer to bookings@ivoristudios.com, with immediate notification to our admin afterward.

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment.

Once the e-transfer is completed, please notify us promptly so we can verify and confirm your payment. After the deposit is confirmed by our admin team, you will receive an official email confirmation with all previously agreed-upon details.

DEPOSIT POLICY

The deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 14 days before your appointment. In the case of an emergency within 14 days of your session, we offer a one-time rescheduling within the next 30 days. Once an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any additional changes will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another session.

For any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 72 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new payment will be necessary to schedule a future session.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for Package 1 or more than 60 minutes late for Package 2, your session will be considered a no-show.

Photography and editing services are non-refundable.

MATERNITY GOWNS SELECTION

You can choose your maternity gown upon arrival at the studio. If you have any specific ideas, preferences, or wishes, feel free to share them with our photographer before your session begins. Most of our gowns are designed to fit all sizes. To explore our selection, please click HERE

MAKE-UP TIPS

On the day of your session, if you're having your professional hair and makeup done elsewhere (please note we do not provide these services, nor can they be done on studio premises), please allow at least 2 additional hours for hair and makeup, plus travel time to the studio. Studio appointments are strict and scheduled back-to-back, so unfortunately we cannot extend sessions in the event of lateness. Thank you for your understanding and respect. 

DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY

You will receive an email within 2 business days containing a link to download all your high-resolution, watermark-free JPEG images. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder just in case.

Once you’ve downloaded and saved the images to your computer, select your favorite photos according to your chosen package. Simply reply to the same email with the last 4 digits of each selected photo file.

Our team will confirm receipt, and your edited photos will be delivered within two weeks.

Please note that all packages include digital images only. Prints are not included, but you’re welcome to print and enlarge your photos as you wish.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To maintain storage capacity, we retain all unedited photo files for 3 months from the date of your session. Please ensure you make your editing selections within this time frame, as we will not be able to accept your choices or edit your photos after the 3-month period.

Edited photos will be stored for 1 year. If you do not download and save them—or if they are lost for any reason—we cannot guarantee availability after that one-year period.

COPYRIGHT

All images and copyrights remain the property of the Studio and Photographer. In exchange for the services provided, the Photographer and Studio retain the exclusive rights to copy, edit, and distribute any and all images created to the general public for purposes including, but not limited to: advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. All digital files and previews are the exclusive property of the Photographer and Studio.

Clients are not permitted to use these images for profit, commercial purposes, professional display, or competition. However, clients may print their personal photographs and share digital images and links on their personal websites or social media accounts.

If you prefer that your images or video reels not be posted, please inform our admin before booking your session.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change at any time. Quoted rates are valid for  days unless the session is officially booked and the deposit has been received based on the previously agreed-upon pricing.
