Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY The deposit is refundable if the notice is given at least 10 days before the appointment. In case of an emergency 10 days or less from the appointment date, we can reschedule your session within the next 30 days. If a meeting is rescheduled once, the deposit automatically becomes non-refundable. We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. For a cancelation or rescheduling request in less than 72h, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for a new appointmen. The NO SHOW deposit will be retained, and you must make another deposit payment if you want to schedule another session. Being late for more than 20 min an appointment will be considered and treated as a NO SHOW. Photography services are non-refundable services. Thank you Ivori Team
